MYLAI MAMI SAMAYAL FOOD FESTIVAL KUMBAKONAM Mrs. PREMA NAMBIRAJA MAMI COMES BACK WITH A HANDFUL OF NEW AUTHENTIC AND TRADITIONAL RECIPIES AT REGENTA CENTRAL DECCAN, 36, ROYAPETTAH HIGH ROAD, ROYAPETTAH from 20th APRIL to 6th MAY 2018.

REGENTA CENTRAL DECCAN, situated at 36, Royapettah High Road, Royapettah, Chennai- 600 014, has been conducting imaginative and innovative food promotions/events for gourmet delight and enjoyment of the cross-section society of Chennai.

In keeping with these traditions, Regenta Central Deccan shall be celebrating and offering to Chennaities “ MYLAI MAMI SAMAYAL”  Food Festival from  from the 20th of April to the 6th of May 2018 at the OLIVES -Multi Cuisine Restaurant as an elaborate buffet spread. Drop into savour what promises to be a true vegetarian and nostalgic delight.

TAMILNADU is known for its ancient cultural heritage, long coastline and fabulous hill stations. There are some things that are unique to the Tamil culture like Jallikattu, Bharanatyam, Kolams. Also among these is the great Tamil Vegetarian Cuisine. These traditional and long cherished recipes will be brought to your table by the well known cook Mrs. Prema Nambiraja specially flown over from KUMBAKONAM to Regenta Central Deccan.

This food festival inaugurated by Chennai based Psychologist Dr.G.L.Sampoorna. 

On this occasion the management of Regenta Central Deccan felicitated with an Award titled 'Samayal Kalai Arasi' to Mrs.Prema Nambiraja.

The 'Samayal Kalai Arasi'  Award was presented to Mrs.Prema Nambiraja by Dr.G.L.Sampoorna in the presence of R.Gowrishankar, General Manager of the Hotel.

Indulge in the culinary opulence of a rich Heritage and traditional dishes like Karum Jeeraga  Panagam, Neer More , Usili, Morkali, Morekozhambu, Morekootu, Pachadi, Pitlai,  Thogaiyal,  Araichu vitta sambar, Karivepilai kozhambu, Paruppu urundai kozhambu, Thenga Saadam, Puliyodharai, Maaladu, Poli .
