Easter special at The Moon and Sixpence
Chennai, 15th April, 2014: The Moon and Sixpence, the Irish restaurant and bar is all set to host a grand weekend to welcome the holiday season. This weekend, celebrate Easter at The Moon and Sixpence with music, food, fun and more. The Irish restaurant and bar has crafted a special Easter menu for its guests.
The festive menu a choice of starter, main course and dessert, the starter options include Caramelized fig with arugula gorgonzola cheese or Saffron infused mixed Sea food chowder, main course options include Roasted Herb lamb leg with roasted new potatoes balsamic glazed vegetable and meat jus, Pan seared scallop and prawn with garlic mash and cherry tomato and olive tarte tatin or Seared polenta with creamy spinach and ratatouille.
For dessert The Moon and Sixpence offers the Trio Platter which includes Eton mess, warm chocolate mud pie and baileys Tiramisu. In addition to the delicious lunch menu, The Moon and Sixpence will host Live Music Nights with two talented Chennai based music bands– Nrithya Maria Andrews and ‘Subject to Change’. While Nrithya Maria Andrews, a singer song writer will perform original tracks and popular R&B and pop tunes on 18.4.14, ‘Subject to Change’ Chennai’s finest acoustic / acapella outfits will perform original tracks on 19.4.14 marking the eve of Easter.
