Siva wanted to become a scientist and he works hard to fulfill his dream. He always prefers studies rather than enjoyment. He did many researches and found out new things. But, unfortunately, what ever he did fail.
One day, he met a guy named Premji, who has a same desire to become a scientist. Both Siva and Premji work hard to achieve their dream.
Will they able to become scientists? What happens next ? forms the rest of the story.
Actor Premji Amaran who has been acting in comic and character roles in Tamil films has acted as a solo hero for the first time in the film 'Maanga'.
Premji plays dual roles in the film. One is that of a scientist and another one is a bhagavathar (classical musician). Siva looks handsome and he gives a dedicated performance. He is good in all scenes.
Debutantes Advaitha and Leema are the lead ladies who will be romancing Premji in this film delivered their best. Veteran actors Thambi Ramiah and Mano Bala both very good in bringing decent laughs in the theaters.
Director R.S.Raja's screenplay is neat and clean. Premji has scored good songs and background music for the film and R.S.Selva has handled the lens well. Suresh Urs cutting is good in Maanga movie.
