Intimation under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 regarding enhancement of tower manufacturing capacity
Pursuant to the Regulation 30 read with Para B of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”) and in continuation of the earlier intimations made on the subject, we would like to inform you that the greenfield expansion at tower manufacturing plant at Butibori location has been completed and commercial production has started and the brownfield expansion at the tower manufacturing facilities at Deoli, Baroda and Silvassa locations have been partially completed and with this, the total installed capacity of tower manufacturing facility of the Company has increased from 84,000 MTPA to 1,72,400 MTPA.
