Titled "Savour the Spirit of Kerala," the experience brings together an array of authentic regional delicacies and festive favourites, offering guests a true taste of Kerala's rich culinary heritage.

Showcasing time-honoured recipes and traditional flavours, the Onam buffet promises an immersive dining journey inspired by the warmth and togetherness that define the harvest festival. Guests can look forward to a vibrant spread of Kerala specialties crafted to evoke the nostalgia of festive family gatherings and traditional celebrations.

The special Onam buffet will be hosted at Spice Haat, Hyatt Regency Chennai, on 25 and 26 August, with lunch served from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM and dinner from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
