Sobhita opens up about married life with Naga Chaitanya
Actress Sobhita Dhulipala has spoken about adjusting to married life with actor Naga Chaitanya, saying their demanding careers meant they spent considerable time apart during the first year of their marriage.
The couple married in December 2024. Sobhita said she left for a lengthy shoot in Tamil Nadu only weeks after their wedding and spent more than five months there. As a result, the couple often saw each other only occasionally while learning how to balance their professional commitments with their relationship
She said maintaining a healthy connection had become an important priority for both of them as they settled into married life.
Sobhita also recalled that she had always imagined having a traditional Telugu wedding, but had not expected to marry another actor. She said the wedding allowed her to incorporate elements of the culture she had envisioned since childhood.
Discussing her career, the Made in Heaven actor said she had spent much of her early career working in independent cinema. She noted that commercial brands later became interested in her because of the unconventional roles she chose, reinforcing her belief that she did not need to change herself to fit into a particular category.
