Riya Suman plays the bonding girl of Agent Kannayiram

Actress Riya Suman, who kick-started her journey in the Tamil industry with Jiiva starrer Seeru  is currently working on Santhanam’s Agent Kannayiram and an other project with Director Venkat Prabhu for his film Manmadha Leelai. She is excited to be a part of these two projects that have offered her more scope to exhibit her potential. The actress states, when Manoj Beedha approached her for Agent Kannayiram, the adaptation of the Telugu movie Agent Srivastava, he didn’t want her to watch the original version as it would influence her. Significantly, Riya feels that her role has no resemblance with the original, except the character description of being an assistant to the detective that she found while watching it after almost completing the shooting. The pretty  actress acclaims Santhanam for his down-to-earth and humble nature. Besides, she feels that spirituality was the common factor between them. While sharing about her experience in Manmadha Leelai, she is in awe of director Venkat Prabhu, who gets the best from actors in less than 2-3 takes. Riya Suman adds that the story of Manmadha Leelai is set in two different time zones – Past and Present, and she appears in the latter one. Riya signs off saying that she has already signed a couple of Telugu projects, and a few more Tamil projects are in the pipeline that will keep her busy for the entire year.
