Iran seizes two ships in Strait of Hormuz, says report

US Iran Israel War Ceasefire Peace Talks Live Updates: Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) navy has seized two ships in the strait of Hormuz.

At least three ships came under attack on Wednesday in the Strait of Hormuz, the British military said, complicating efforts to bring the United States and Iran together in Pakistan for talks to end the war. All the three were cargo ships, the BBC reported. The report also confirmed that the ships came under attack by Iran’s paramilitary Revolutionary Guard.

In the second attack, a cargo ship said it had been fired upon and was stopped in the water. It said there was no reported damage to the vessel.
