Hyderabad to Host 21st International UXINDIA Conference from September 18–20

The 21st International UXINDIA Conference is set to make its grand return to Hyderabad from September 18–20, 2025, at the Trident Hotel, bringing together more than 1,400 participants, over 80 global speakers, and 10 visionary keynote leaders. Organized by the UMO Design Foundation, the non-profit that pioneered India’s UX revolution, the event celebrates 25 years of advancing design education, practice, and community building.

After two years in Bangalore, UXINDIA25 is poised to transform Hyderabad into a global hub of design dialogue and innovation. This year’s theme, “Design: A way of life - Entrepreneurship," underscores the powerful convergence of design and artificial intelligence in shaping future-ready products and ventures. The conference seeks to inspire designers to step beyond service delivery, embrace entrepreneurship, and position themselves as leaders driving business transformation and creating meaningful user experiences.

The event will feature design pitch sessions where emerging entrepreneurs present research-driven ventures to investors, alongside an exclusive invite-only platform where global leaders engage in strategic dialogue. Reinforcing UMO’s mission to educate one million women by 2030, the conference also shines a spotlight on women in design, with influential leaders spearheading thought-provoking conversations.

Voices from global organizations, including Microsoft, Candescent, Cognizant, Freshworks, and Philips, will add depth to discussions on the evolving design economy, while Hyderabad itself takes center stage as a rising hub for product and innovation in India.

“UXINDIA25 marks a pivotal milestone in our journey,” said Bapu Kaladhar, Founder of UMO Design Foundation. “For 25 years, UMO has championed design as a way of life. This year’s theme reflects our vision to empower designers to lead innovation, drive business, and shape the future.”

With immersive workshops, groundbreaking keynotes, and content tracks exploring AI-driven design and transformative leadership, UXINDIA25 promises to be more than a conference — it will be a global gathering of changemakers redefining the future of design. https://2025.ux-india.org/schedule/
