District Governor-Elect Ln N.R.D. Premkumar Launches New Lionistic Year Initiatives

Chennai, June 29: District Governor-elect Ln N.R.D. Premkumar of Lions District 3241B convened a meeting on Tuesday morning at the "TJ Hall" located in the Lions Blood Bank Complex, Industrial Estate, Chennai-58, to initiate district programmes for the forthcoming Lionistic year.

The meeting witnessed the participation of more than 100 Lions leaders representing various clubs across the district, reflecting strong enthusiasm and commitment towards the upcoming service activities.

A major highlight of the event was the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between District Governor-elect Ln N.R.D. Premkumar and the current Blood Bank Chairman, Ln Gajendran. The agreement aims to strengthen support for blood donation camps over the next two years.

The initiative is expected to significantly enhance the long-standing life-saving blood donation movement, which has been serving society since 1984. Lion leaders expressed confidence that the collaboration would further expand voluntary blood donation activities and benefit thousands of needy patients.
