Chennai, 12th April 2022: Unravelling the secrets of Awadhi cuisine in true Nawabi style, Ramada Plaza welcomes Chennaiites to an elaborate Awadhi style buffet. Ramada Plaza Chennai’s ‘The Buffet Square’ is all set to host this one-of-a-kind food festival with a wide spread of delicacies with over 4 starters, 3 live counters, 21 main course dishes and 18 desserts that include authentic dishes like Tundey ke Kebabs, Biryanis, Nihari Gosht, Dum ka Murgh, Kormas, Galouti Kebab, Sheermal, Shahi Tukra and many more with the undisputed essence of Awadh.

Chef Nizam Quraishi, and Chef Haneef - Ramada Plaza, along with their culinary team, have worked together to give a unique identity to the flavours of Awadhi food. The ambience of the venue is themed to emphasize the abundance of regional flavours from the Awadhi region of Lucknow. At the heart of this highly anticipated food festival, guests will experience the myriad tastes and nuances of Awadhi cuisine.

The tailor-made menu, which includes some of the best and most popular Awadhi food, gives a fresh and inventive spin on the delicacies curated. Enhancing the royal dining experience, the restaurant layout has also been aptly designed, with Lucknowi icons and Awadhi monuments. Buffet Square offers an array of live counters as a part of its offerings with the purpose of creating an engaging and personalised meal experience. In addition to preparing the food, the chefs take pride in educating our guests about the presentation at the live interaction stations.
