Ashok Leyland, flagship company of the Hinduja Group and India’s leading commercial vehicle manufacturer, today made a statement of readiness of its BS VI range of vehicles by delivering theirfirst batch of BS-VI trucks to its customers, ahead of the implementation date of 01st April, 2020. This first batch of BS VI vehicles were delivered in Delhi-NCR region aligning to the BS VI fuel availability in the country.  

Ashok Leyland has consistently relied on its in-house R&D talent and indigenous technology for leading innovations in the CV (Commercial Vehicle) industry. Its focus has been to develop solutions which are relevant to the Indian conditions and Indian customers. For meeting the BS-VI emission standard, the company developed an innovative iGen6technology that will ensure higher operating profits for customers.
