The team of Chefs, led by Meril Antony Aricatt, has made sure guests enjoy a scrumptious vegetarian and non-vegetarian fare, flavoured with exotic spices of Kerala, served just the right way.
Munch on some crispies like Murukku, Kuzhalappam, Tapioca chips and Jack fruit chips, as you choose your favourite soup from Curried Drumstick soup; Attinkal Soup; Sea food drumstick soup; Drumstick leaves & Dal soup; Chicken kothamalli soup; and Chemeen Rasam.
What better way to start the maincourse than with mouthwatering dishes like Meen Pollichathu; Meen Mulagittathu; Kozhi Kizhangu Curry; Kottayam Tenderloin Varattiyathu; Thalassey mutton biryani; Kozhi Varatharacha Curry, Mutton Malli Peralan; Thalassey Mutton Kurma; or Meen Vevichathu.
Traditional Kerala comes alive for Vegetarians with dishes like Vegetable Malli Peralan; Kumbalanga Moru Curry; Chena Mulagittathu; Ulli Theeyal; Idichakka Thoran; Pazham Vilayichathu; Red cheera koottu; and Vazha Thandu thoran.
