The team of Chefs led by Executive Chef Meril Antony Aricatt have rustled up a choice of tasty popular street food preparations! From delicious vada pavs and Dosa varieties to juicy hot dogs and Dimsum and sushi, celebrate the flavours of the street with us. Savour Mirch ka salan (large green chillies cooked in tamarind and fresh Indian spices in Hyderabadi style); Kache gosht ki biryani (raw lamb meat slow-cooked with layered rice);
Chicken shawarma (Chicken roasted slowly on a spit and wrapped in pita bread, traditionally served with lettuce and hummus); Keema kaleji (keema (mutton) liver cooked with onions and Indian spices); and the melt-in-mouth Galouti Kebabs with Ulta tawa Paratha (minced meat kebabs made Nawabi-style usually served with 'ulte tawa ka parantha').
