A food vaganza from the 18th to 25th of March, to send your taste buds to the wave of Malabar cuisine, we have the Chemmeen Mapas, a malabar coastal prawn curry, tender flavours that could take you by your tongues, an avoli masala which is a vembanad pomfret with local spices, adding some pepper we have kathirikkai kurumi lagu porichathu, a brinjal pepper fry, and savourising all this with the kappa vada, a tapioca fritters with homemade chutney.
