The all-new menu

With the summer sun offering no respite, Executive Chef Mohamed Siddiq and his team have taken the onus on themselves to present an all-new menu at Clubhouse, focused on beating the heat. Adding a keen sense of freshness to ‘European fare with an Asian twist’, guests can now indulge in delicious subs and wraps, cold starters, handpicked South Indian maincourse and an irresistible spread of desserts to cool off.

What better way to start the meal than with a selection of cold appetizers likeSomtam chilled rice noodle tossed withprawns, chicken orvegetables, Tuna carpaccio with wasabi oil, tomato and caper with sour cream and the all-time favourite, Classic Caesar Salad (romaine lettuce Caesar dressing, grissini).Or choose the exotic Bacon wrapped grouper chunks, paprika mayo (arugula, fennel salad and fries).

An interesting addition to the menu, the subsand wraps with choice fillings like salmon and caper paprika cream cheese, turkey mortadella pommery mustard and marinated tomatoes,and spicy minted potato, crunchy vegetables, make for a perfect meal on a warm summer day.

Go global with maincourse specialties like Lemon chicken (truffle risotto with pressed brussel sprout sauce), Pan fried French chèvre polenta(wild mushroom confit and tempura onion), Rotollo of chilli spiced pumpkin and ricotta, and Pad see yew(rice noodle, mixed meat, pok choi and crushed peanut).

Bringing in the delicacies from the Southern Peninsula, Chef Siddiq has introduced Masala spiced seafood sampler(grilled prawns, fish and squid with home style curry paste), Moplah chicken kuruma(delicacy from Northern Kerala with coconut cream,garam masala and fresh coriander) or Jackfruit and potato mappas(stewed jackfruit and potato, a Kerala delicacy).

By now you are cooled off and all set for the Apple and pear tart with almond custard (served with ice cream) and Tender coconut and white molasses panacotta amongst other sugar-free desserts.
