Golden Dragon, the signature Cantonese and Schezwan cuisine restaurant at Taj Coromandel and a favourite amongst gourmands, celebrates its fourth anniversary with sheer élan by taking its patrons back in time to relive the glorious past with a special menu celebrating the grandeur of Imperial cuisine!

The anniversary menu curated by Chef Ho Chun Kee (William), popularly known as Chef William skilfully blends the passé with a la mode to magically recreate the aura of a bygone era. From exotic dimsums, appetizers and soups to celebrated maincourse and innovative desserts, the menu at Golden Dragon has a whiff of nostalgia laced with an array of flavours and tastes – with the likes of lemon grass chilly chicken, Phuket fish, tenderloin and scallop dumplings, stir fried lobster in shell, roasted pumpkin and chilly fried rice, crispy fried aromatic duck and homemade cookie ice cream to top it off.

Non-vegetarians can savour Pork ribs Black Bean Chilly Dry, Prawn and Mustard Salad on Dragon Fruit Carpaccio, Crispy Sea Bass with Szechuan Sauce, Scallop and Tobago Dumpling, Dim Sum Basket {Chicken, Lamb, Tenderloin, Prawn}, Tenderloin, Water Chestnut and Coriander Gyoza, Crispy Fried Aromatic Duck with Pancake, Steamed Scallop on Tofu with X.O sauce, Quick Fried Prawns with Sugar snap, and Pan Fried Chicken with Cashew nut.
